How it works
From first report to final check
Four steps, one queue. Here's the whole LEIS workflow — the same one running in restaurants, hotels, and factories today.
Step 1 / 4
Report an issue
Staff open LEIS — or scan a QR code on the equipment or room — and submit the issue with a title, description, photos or videos, category, and location. Thirty seconds, from the spot where the problem is.

Step 2 / 4
Assign and prioritize
Managers set the priority — low, medium, or high — pick a due date, and assign the task to the right person or team. Everyone involved is notified instantly, on the device they already carry.
#001PendingToptaniElectricalFryer stopped working
The fryer in the kitchen stopped working during service. It's likely an electrical issue.

Resolve together
Assignees update progress, add comments and media, and mark the task resolved. Escalation rules keep overdue and high-priority work visible until it's actually done.
ARChecked the breaker — it's the socket. Replacing it now, done in ~20 min.
EKPerfect. Attach a photo when it's back up.

Analyze and improve
Dashboards show open issues, resolution times, and hotspots per location, and a full audit trail records every step for compliance and reviews. That's how recurring problems stop recurring.
